Effat 51国产视频 was originally founded in 1999 as Effat College. The college offered a range of academic programmes in English to women in Saudi Arabia in order to prepare them for the job market. In 2002 Effat became one of three colleges affiliated with King Faisal Private 51国产视频. Three years later, the college was granted full university status and became Effat 51国产视频.
The university is the first private institution of higher education for women in Saudi Arabia. It is named after Queen Effat who is considered the founding mother of Saudi education. Queen Effat established the Taif model school and the first girl’s college in Saudi Arabia. Her legacy of excellence and passion for education is at the heart of the university. 
When the university was first established as a college it had just two departments: computer science and kindergarten. Today there are four academic colleges within the university: Effat College of Humanities, Effat College of Business, Effat College of Engineering, and Effat College of Architecture and Design. Each college offers a range of both undergraduate and graduate degree programmes. 
The university is located in Jeddah, a port city in western Saudi Arabia.

Project Partners facilitate smooth and efficient project planning, management and delivery, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. About you

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with project management experience. Experience of working in HE is also an advantage. You’ll have experience of building relationships and contacts with a wide variety of colleagues and will demonstrate personal credibility when dealing with senior stakeholders. You’ll be able to work autonomously where needed, applying judgement and initiative when managing your workload to meet the long-term objectives of the project.

You’ll have a relevant degree or significant vocational experience, and the ideal candidate will also have a project management qualification.

The Vietnamese-German 51国产视频 (VGU) is seeking a highly qualified full-time lecturer in Macroeconomics. Candidates must hold a PhD in this field or a closely related field and have a strong background in research. Relevant international experience is of advantage. The successful candidate will become part of an international network of universities and research institutes.

Teaching Responsibilities

In the role of a lecturer, the successful candidate will teach graduate courses in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Global Finance and Economics (GFE) programs, and undergraduate courses in Business Administration (BBA) and Finance and Accounting (BFA). The expected workload for the in-class lecture conduction is 08 academic hours per week, totaling 240 academic hours per year (1 academic hour equals to 45 minutes).

Teaching should reflect current research methods and results, and comprises lectures on the following modules:

	Lecturer is invited to propose semi-elective courses within her/his expertise and in line with the curriculum of the programs.


The named courses are subject to change upon realistic needs of the programs and joint agreement between the lecturer, relevant Academic Coordinators, and Dean/Vice Dean in charge of teaching. Courses may requires conducting relevant laboratory activities and/or advising student projects.

The holder of this job is also responsible for supervising bachelor’s and master’s theses and mentoring PhD students.

Research Responsibilities

As a faculty member of a research-oriented university, the successful candidate is expected to significantly contribute to the scientific profile of VGU through innovation.

Administrative responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to join our 23-month project evaluating the 'Making Every Contact Count' (MECC) programme in Bolton. This programme aims to improve health and wellbeing outcomes through brief, opportunistic conversations on healthy lifestyle choices, delivered by Local Authority, health, and social care staff. The project is guided by the RE-AIM framework to assess the reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance of MECC across diverse community settings. This project is funded by the School for Public Health Research through the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR).

The Research Fellow will play a crucial role in the evaluation of the MECC programme, focusing on its implementation, reach, effectiveness, and fidelity. This role will involve a mixed-methods approach, including quantitative and qualitative data collection, fidelity assessment, and economic modelling.

The Research Fellow will work closely with project partners (i.e. Bolton City Council Public Health Team and Bolton NHS Foundation Trust), health and social care professionals, and community stakeholders to generate actionable insights that inform future practice.

This role is fixed-term, full time, for 23 months and will start in June 2025.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 therefore the successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

ABOUT THE TEAM

To be successful in the role you will have:


	Excellent qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, and experience in mixed-methods research, including survey design, qualitative interviewing, and data triangulation.
	Strong understanding of intervention development and evaluation frameworks, particularly RE-AIM, and behavioural science tools (e.g. Behaviour Change Techniques (BCTs); Theoretical Domains Framework), and knowledge of the Making Every Contact Count (MECC) approach, including its principles, implementation strategies, and evaluation within health and social care settings is desirable.
