The amendment altered the position of three of the 721 institutions ranked in the Clinical, Pre-clinical & Health Subject Ranking.

These were: Chinese 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of Hong Kong (which moved from position 50 to 49, following the amend); Fudan 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ (moved from 64 to 62); Sun Yat-sen 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ (from 176-200 to 151-175).
