Ian Dalton, director of Heriot-Watt 51国产视频 research park since 1971, has been appointed managing director of Edinburgh 51国产视频's flagship technology transfer project, the Edinburgh Technopole Company Ltd. Mr Dalton will be responsible for a "science precinct", including cultural, recreational and residential facilities and linking research centres to technology-based companies.
