Leeds Metropolitan 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ has become the official education partner of Leeds United Ladies FC, the first partnership of its kind between a university and a club in the FA Tesco Women's Premier League. Under the partnership, the club will use Leeds Metropolitan's coaching and sports science facilities and is expected to provide additional footballing opportunities for Leeds Met students who currently play for the university's women's football team. In addition, the partnership will bring placement opportunities for Leeds Met students and staff in the fields of fitness and coaching, marketing and public relations, events management and sports journalism.
