Retail therapy: John Clare, chief executive of the Dixons electronics stores, has announced funding for a new chair of entrepreneurship and innovation in Edinburgh 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ's school of management studies. Mr Clare said: 'We believe that this post will make a significant contribution in helping business and the wider community to take full advantage of the opportunities that are opening up with new technology.' Anthony Cohen, Edinburgh's dean of law and social sciences, said the partnership would bring great benefits to the school of management studies.
