Dr Brown, new head of the school of psychology, will focus on the reason for patients having difficulty in switching attention from one issue to another. Dr Brown said: "The research explores how we are able to process information selectively. It will compare the differences between the brain circuits of Parkinson's patients and their healthy carers."
