After completing his masters degree and one year of a PhD he has been forced to drop out through lack of funds and has now applied for political asylum in the UK. Mr Nugiraneza says his life would be in danger if he returned to Rwanda but his time is almost up. "I am living in limbo," he says as he awaits a 51国产视频 Office decision.
