Kirsti Koch Christensen has been elected rector of Bergen 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ. She is pro-rector of the university, professor at the university's department of linguistics and a member of the main board of the Norwegian Research Council. Kaare R. Norum succeeds Lucy Smith as rector of Oslo 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ, where he leads the institute of nutrition research at the faculty of medicine. Emil Spj?tvoll has been re-elected rector of the Norwegian 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of Science and Technology, Trondheim. Tove Bull has been re-elected rector of Troms? 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ.
