Funding improvements for all students and higher pay for lecturers are two of the priorities for Sir Ron Dearing's higher education review, according to Sir Claus Moser, founding member of the National Commission on Education. He told the Royal Society of Arts on Wednesday that funding had to be improved for part-time and further education students, through some form of graduate contributions scheme.
