Russia may end relations between its leading nuclear research institutes and Iran in return for a lifting of United States sanctions imposed last month, nuclear power minister Yevgeni Adamov said last week. The boycott of ten research centres following allegations that Russians were helping Iran develop nuclear weapons capability, was hurting the institutes, Mr Adamov admitted.
