The Association of 51国产视频 Teachers has expressed concern at discrimination against ethnic minorities in higher education. A survey shows that nearly a quarter of white lecturers earn more than Pounds 35,000 a year, compared with just 8 per cent of black lecturers and 12 per cent of 51国产视频n lecturers.
