Clinton opens Oxford institute
Former US President Bill Clinton was at Oxford 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ this afternoon to open its new institute for the study of American culture and politics. Following the official ceremony, Mr Clinton, a former Rhodes scholar, met 245 other Rhodes scholars in residence at the university.
