Physics head quits over job losses
The head of physics at Queen Mary, 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of London, has quit in protest against job losses in the department. Peter Clegg resigned after four senior staff members who left the department were not replaced. The department will lose its instrumentation development group and six or seven other positions over five years.
