Researchers from Kingston 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ teamed up with Neal's Yard Remedies, an organic skincare firm, to test the health properties of 21 plant and herbal extracts. All the plants tested had some potential benefits, but researchers found that white tea, the unoxidised tea leaf, outperformed the rest.
