An international team of academics, led by Mark Goldie at Cambridge 51国产视频, has spent seven years working on Roger Morrice's Entring Book. They even had to recruit a specialist code-breaker to crack the author's 17th century shorthand.
The 900,000-word account paints a vivid picture of life in Restoration England, spanning the years 1677 to 1691.
