These enthralling pictures were among those showcasing the photographic talents of students in East 51¹ú²úÊÓƵn studies at the 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of Leeds. More than 250 entries to the "Eye on 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ" photographic competition covered subjects ranging from a goat herder in China to a dancing monk in Tibet. Ben Wainwright, a joint honours degree student in Chinese and English, won first prize for his image of the mountainous landscape at Huangshan, China.
