(Photograph) - Celebrity chef Nick Nairn samples dishes from a local 51¹ú²úÊÓƵn company, Mrs Unis Spicy Food, to launch a high-tech sensory evaluation suite at Queen Margaret 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ College in Edinburgh. The state-of-the-art booths allow testers to log their views on the food's appearance, texture, flavour and aroma by computer. 'You can be totally honest about what you're tasting,' said Mr Nairn.
