The first cohort of students to complete a programme designed to widen access to the legal profession has been congratulated at a special ceremony. The ?1.5 million Pathways to Law scheme was established in 2007 by the College of Law and education charity the Sutton Trust. Nearly 500 students have been accepted on the two-year scheme, which runs throughout their A-level years.
