Matthew Boulton College has won Pounds 648,000 as part of a pioneering government education project to establish centres of IT and high technology excellence countrywide. The project aims to boost IT skills in Birmingham's traditional printing industry.
Apple Computer supplier Trams has installed three suites of networked Macintosh computers for more than 7,000 students.
