Three more universities are on alert following the death from meningitis of three students. Stirling 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ has set up a 24-hour helpline following the death of a 19-year-old, while antibiotics have been offered to associates of an 18-year-old at the 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of East Anglia who died on Sunday and a 20-year-old Cambridge 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ student who died on last Friday. Nine students have died from meningitis this academic year, three at Southampton 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ.
