Designed by Primal Scream fan Rebecca Whitehead, a fashion design student from the 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of Northumbria at Newcastle, it is intended to be "a combination of opulence and poverty for the aesthetic source buyer and would-be rock 'n' roll star".
