Plans for a ?132 million redevelopment programme by Oxford Brookes 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ have been rejected by the local authority. The university is "taking stock" after Oxford City Council declined to approve the plans for four buildings grouped around a central piazza. The application was refused after concerns were raised about the development's impact on neighbouring properties and a conservation area. Paul Large, acting registrar, said: "We listened to residents' concerns carefully and made changes to the original plans based on the feedback."
