Students who annoy their neighbours by playing loud music could be evicted from their homes under proposals in the Government's "respect"

agenda to clamp down on antisocial behaviour. The 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ Office confirmed this week it was consulting on new powers to "seal" problem properties for up to three months and to house residents in local "sin bins".
