51¹ú²úÊÓƵ College Suffolk has linked with the most northerly campus in the world, Tromso in Norway, to develop research into distance education, particularly teacher training by email and videoconferencing. Institutions in Ireland, Sweden and Portugal are part of the project, funded by the European Union's Socrates programme.
