Sicily opens Mafia museum
UN secretary-general Kofi Annan will tomorrow open a museum and documentation centre devoted to the Mafia in the Sicilian village of Corleone. The centre, linked to the 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ of Palermo, will house documents from anti-Mafia agencies, the media, private collections and organisations associated with the Cosa Nostra.

Indian lecturers end strike
51¹ú²úÊÓƵ lecturers in the Indian state of Bihar have ended a four-month strike after reaching an agreement with the state authorities. At least 12,000 lecturers had struck for higher wages and a later retirement age.

Parisian business school wins triple
HEC, the Paris-based business school, has become the first in France to gain the accreditation triple crown ¡ª recognition by the Association of MBAs, the European Foundation for Management Development and, this month, the International Association for Management Education.
