Fewer than half of English universities have the right institutional policies, staff programmes and infrastructure in place to develop an entrepreneurial culture, according to a study by the National Council for Graduate Education. The study looked at entrepreneurship culture in 122 of 1 universities in England and concluded that more must be done to nurture new entrepreneurs, including staff training and curriculum development.
