Academics should capitalise on librarians' expertise to help foster a research culture among students, says Martin Wolf.

Mr Wolf, social sciences librarian at Warwick 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ, told this week's conference of the Society of College, National and 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ Libraries in Newcastle that academics should look beyond the traditional reading list. "Libraries have a whole host of tools and resources that students can use to develop their own thinking," he said.
