Acorn Computers has launched a budget-price multitasking bundle aimed at laboratories and computer service departments in higher education. The Risc PC 600X will retail at just under Pounds 2,000 and includes TCP/IP, network card, X software for Unix, 17-inch colour monitor, 10 MB DRAM and 2MB of VRAM. Further details from Ray Pinchard.
