May I reassure Dylan Wiliam (Letters, THES , September 6) that expansion of higher education is in the offing in Greater Peterborough through a consortium of Loughborough 51¹ú²úÊÓƵ, Peterborough Regional College and Stamford College. A new university centre at Peterborough should be under construction next year.
